Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

1. Who we are

"The Trade Lab" (referred to as "we", "us") provides trading signals, copy-trading facilitation, and educational content. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate our service:

  • Identity — name, email, phone, country
  • Telegram identifiers — your Telegram user ID and handle, if you join our channel
  • Trading preferences — risk percentage, account size, broker (if you opt into copy trading)
  • Communications — messages you send us or our bot
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers

3. How we use it

  • To provide the service you signed up for
  • To communicate trade signals, account-related messages and support responses
  • To improve our service and educational content
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Marketing communications

We may use your email or Telegram contact to send marketing messages about new features, educational content, or relevant offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also stop Telegram marketing by replying "STOP" or by messaging the admin directly.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers operated by us or by reputable cloud providers we contract with. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you promptly if a breach affecting your data occurs.

6. Third parties we work with

  • Telegram — for signal delivery and messaging
  • Email delivery providers (e.g., Resend) — to send transactional and marketing emails
  • Cloudflare — for DNS, security, and content delivery
  • Payment processors — to handle subscription billing
  • MT5 brokerage platforms — when you opt into copy trading, your broker connection is governed by their terms

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Telegram (@ArmB888). We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where required by law to retain it longer (e.g., financial records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax purposes).

9. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function and to remember your preferences (e.g., dark/light mode, notification settings). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram channel and on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
